Overall good.
1. Long waiting time while checking in on 26/1/24 at 2.45pm. There were only 2 counters manned. Since there will be a rush at least 4 counters should have been manned. 2. For a 4 star hotel options for breakfast was limited.Please add Dosai, idli, vada for Indian taste buds. Bread toaster should be manned. 3. Coffee vending machine is vintage with 4 not working buttons. Its time to replace with a new one. Until then this counter should be manned, to ease the guests discomfort. 4.Waiters do not have a smiling face . In the morning all would like to see a smiling face. 5. Aggressive marketing of your facilities in the hotel should be done when checking in and every time when guests come to the restaurant.. 6. The cutlery i got was not clean and had to be replaced. 7. The feedback proforma kept at the dining table was filled on 28/1 morning.Have you received it? The adhesive of this proforma was not working hence could not be sealed. 8. I have taken so much time giving a feedback , hope you too do s for your guests.All the best.
